The did a great job communicating and sending a proof. When the mezuzahs arrived the quality of the printing was much lower than expected. You can see lines through the print and it looks grainy.

The mezuzot are really nice and the shop owner worked hard to have the theme that I wanted for the custom mezuzot. I just hope that the print will not come out. Very nice.
